At Morphis Composites we have several production technologies to support our own production, but, as we know how hard it is to have these technologies alone or combined available, we are opening doors to help other companies and individuals to give them access on their product development fast lane.

Reverse Engineering
By using metrology processes either by direct measuring through the use of non contact 3D scanning, we are abble to reverse engineer complex shapes.
These scans can be used to replicate that impossible to find/replace part or to modify or add functionality to existing ones.

CNC Machining
Our machines are able to manufacture aluminium (other material are possible) parts on the demand, we are able to produce from a single test part to a small production batch.

3D printing- Prototyping
We are able to produce in house accurate prototypes using SLS, SLA and FDM 3d printing technologies.
With these technologies parts for testing the design of new parts can be tested.

3D printing- Production
Our SLS 3D printers are able to produce fully functional prototypes or batch production.
They can print TPU, TPE, PA12, PA12 with glass, PA11 with carbon, PP and other materials with outstanding quality and mechanical properties.
